Description

The aim is to complete a set of exercises as quickly as possible.

Course

  1. Preparation: Choose your level and take note of the number of repetitions for each exercise, which you need to complete as quickly as possible.
  2. Warm-up: Do a warm-up to prepare your body for the movements.
  3. Training :
    • Start the stopwatch.
    • Perform the exercises in the order indicated, repeating the cycle as many times as possible until the time runs out.
    • Try to maintain a steady pace and minimize pauses.
  4. End: Stop when the time is up and note the total number of repetitions completed.

Level 1: Beginners and patients

Squat Jumps

Alternating right/left lunges

Level 2: Intermediate

Back Squats 40/25 KG (Back squats with bar)

Box Step Ups 60/50 CM (Box-mounted)

Level 3: X-ray experts

Back Squats 60/40 KG

Box Step Ups through 22.5/15 KG (mounted on box with weights)
