FOR TIME (Time Cap 18 Min)
Description
The aim is to complete a set of exercises as quickly as possible.
Course
- Preparation: Choose your level and take note of the number of repetitions for each exercise, which you must complete as quickly as possible in under 18 minutes.
- Warm-up: Do a warm-up to prepare your body for the movements.
- Training :
- Start the stopwatch.
- Perform the exercises in the order indicated, trying to maintain a fast pace.
- Minimize breaks and try to finish your workout as quickly as possible.
- End: Stop the stopwatch when you’ve completed all the exercises and record your time.
