FOR TIME (Time Cap 18 Min)

Description

The aim is to complete a set of exercises as quickly as possible.

Course

  1. Preparation: Choose your level and take note of the number of repetitions for each exercise, which you must complete as quickly as possible in under 18 minutes.
  2. Warm-up: Do a warm-up to prepare your body for the movements.
  3. Training :
    • Start the stopwatch.
    • Perform the exercises in the order indicated, trying to maintain a fast pace.
    • Minimize breaks and try to finish your workout as quickly as possible.
  4. End: Stop the stopwatch when you’ve completed all the exercises and record your time.

Level 1: Beginners and patients

20 Knees Push-ups – 1 Air Squat

19 Knees Push-ups – 2 Air Squats

1 Push-up – 20 Air Squats

Level 2: Intermediate

1 Push-up – 20 Air Squats…
