AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) – 15 Min

Description

The aim is to perform as many repetitions of a set of exercises as possible within a given time.

Course

  1. Preparation: Choose your level, set your stopwatch for 15 minutes.
  2. Warm-up: Do a warm-up to prepare your body for the movements.
  3. Training :
    • Start the stopwatch.
    • Perform the exercises in the order indicated, repeating the cycle as many times as possible until the time runs out.
    • Try to maintain a steady pace and minimize pauses.
  4. End: Stop when the time is up and note the total number of repetitions completed.

Level 2: Intermediate
